Technical Skills Required
Strong expertise in Ericsson ENM – FM, PM, CM
Hands-on with Ericsson eNodeB and gNodeB configuration and optimization
Proficiency in 4G & 5G KPI analysis using Ericsson ENM PM counters and reports
Soft Skills Required
Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced, time-critical environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for quick decision-making during live events
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with Customer and management teams
