Job Description
Experienced in Ericsson 5G/4G/3G/2G technologies with the ability to independently perform network optimization and performance enhancement activities
• Configure basic design and optimization parameters and determine ideal values based on specific scenarios, ensuring clarity in logic and application.
•Analyse OSS/KPI data, drive-test results, network traces and logs to perform root-cause analysis; produce and implement targeted optimization plans, including Worst-Cell Analysis and KPI improvement activities.
• Execute multivendor optimization and interoperability tasks; harmonize parameters and neighbour relations across vendors and coordinate configuration rollouts with vendor and customer teams.
• Prepare customer reports, Acceptance reports and all project related in data professional way.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using Network planning and optimization tools such as CSW, ENIQ/BI, NETAN, LOGTOOL, etc.
• Should be willing to deliver in Odd Shift, extended hours and over weekends
