Job Description
Task Description for Business office Admin data collection, Coordination & analysis
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate and Coordinate with key stakeholders across Middle East & Africa region
projects (Key stakeholders - PMO, CPM etc.) for data collection, tracking milestones.
Collection, Manage and Analysis of data using various tools like excel, Power BI etc. in a
structured templates.
Manage data & Reporting for various domains like People, Financial, Cost improvement
levers, Forecasting, Cockpit dashboard, Risks, minutes, key actions etc.
Create & highlight’s various data points, observations, comparisons through innovative and
effective views, templates with excel, power point, power BI etc.
Accountable for quality and accuracy of data and analysis.
Focus on adapting to perform, produce results and getting things done in the presence of
ambiguity and adjusting working environments.
Mandatory Skills and attributes of the program coordinator
Expert in Microsoft applications (Excel, Power point etc.)
Hands-on & Good understanding of Power BI
Basic understanding of project management/business will be preferred.
Able to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment, across different countries and
organisations being both willing to seek and provide support.
Qualifications & Experience :
Person should possess Graduate or equivalent degree. Preferably engineering graduate.
Person should understand basic Telecom technologies / domains and network.
Minimum 5 years of experience in handling project coordination, data analysis and
management reporting in telecom environment.
