About the Role
We are inviting women candidates to become part of Coimbatore’s first women-only Pink Taxi service – a safe and empowering transport initiative designed by women, for women and families. As a Female Taxi Driver, you will drive a well-maintained vehicle (provided or self-owned), transporting women passengers, children, and families safely to their destinations within the city.

Guaranteed monthly income of ₹20,000 – ₹30,000, with full support and training provided.
Key Responsibilities
1. Passenger Transport
Safely drive women and family passengers to various destinations within Coimbatore.
Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs as per the booking schedule.
Greet passengers respectfully and maintain a professional, courteous attitude.
2. Vehicle Management
Perform daily vehicle checks to ensure cleanliness, fuel, and basic maintenance.
Report vehicle issues or breakdowns immediately to the support team.
Follow traffic rules, road safety, and Pink Taxi brand standards.
3. Customer Safety & Comfort
Make every effort to ensure female passengers feel secure, respected, and comfortable.
Assist passengers with luggage, entry/exit, or special needs as required.
Maintain confidentiality and protect customer privacy at all times.
4. Navigation & Technology
Use the mobile app or GPS navigation system to track routes and bookings.
Keep a working smartphone for booking updates, alerts, and communication with the support team.
Manage payments (cash, UPI, wallet-based) and provide receipts when requested.
