Job Description
About part time job/internship
We are looking for an outstanding WordPress designer to be responsible for the innovative and standardized design and layout of our website. Web developer responsibilities include building a website from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function.
Selected intern's responsibilities include:
1. Attending meetings with clients to discuss website requirements, design, and function
2. Designing and building the website front-end
3. Creating the website architecture by exploring the plugins to be used
4. Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration
5. Generating WordPress themes and plugins
6. Conducting website performance tests on GTmetrix and optimizing websites accordingly
7. Troubleshooting issues
8. Conducting client-side training before website handover
9. Enabling website monitoring plugins with notifications to ensure the performance of the live website
Requirements:
1. Must have a good eye for details
2. Must have a good sense of website design and aesthetics
3. Must have experience with WordPress editors like Elementor
4. Must have knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML
5. Must have a good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics
6. Must have the ability to manage projects singlehandedly
7. Must have decent communication skills
8. Must have problem-solving tendencies
