Job Description
Are you passionate about WordPress design and eager to begin your career in website development? Join Hostcode Lab as a WordPress Designer Intern and gain hands-on experience creating responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites.
You will work with Elementor, Gutenberg, and other WordPress tools while collaborating with an experienced team on real-world website projects. This internship is ideal for candidates who want to strengthen their WordPress, web design, and front-end development skills.
Selected Intern’s Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Basic knowledge of WordPress installation and configuration
- Familiarity with Elementor, Gutenberg, or similar page builders
- Good understanding of HTML and CSS
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript
- Understanding of responsive web design
- Ability to create clean and visually consistent page layouts
- Basic knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, and custom post types
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of PHP
- Familiarity with Advanced Custom Fields, or ACF
- Experience with WooCommerce
- Familiarity with Figma or other UI design tools
- Basic knowledge of website speed optimization
- Understanding of SEO-friendly website structure
- Familiarity with Git or version-control systems
