Designation: WordPress developer

Qualification: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines (MIS, Web Development, etc) preferred.

Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM

Responsibilities:-

WordPress Developers are responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins.
Designing and implementing new features and functionality.
Establishing and guiding the websiteĂ˘ÂÂs architecture.
Ensuring high performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.
Creation of plugins/widgets written to conform with the WordPress coding standards.
Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
Manage the finance team
Ensure daily processes are followed and everything is kept updated for the yearly audit for all countries
Communicate with auditors
They have different programming skills such as namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Ensure payments are done
Responsibility for finance-related matters
Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery
Designing and implementing new features and functionality.
Establishing and guiding the website's architecture.
Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, and SVN

Skills:-

Know how to set up and manage a WordPress site, including installing themes and plugins (content manager skills)
Excellent communication skills.
WordPress plugins, themes, and architecture.
Know how to write and publish a blog post or page in WordPress (contributor skills)
Knowledge of PHP, HTML, and CSS.
Ability to convert HTML pages to WordPress theme with the WordPress coding standards.
Quality-driven and extremely detail-oriented
Communicates clearly, effectively, and quickly - both verbally and in writing
Ability to meet deadlines
