Job Description

Growthway Advertising is looking for a passionate and skilled WordPress Developer with 3 months to 1 year of hands-on experience to join our creative team on-site at our office in Wakad, Pune. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of WordPress development, theme customization, and performance optimization. You will help build and maintain high-quality websites that deliver great user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain WordPress websites, including custom themes and plugins.
Customize themes and templates based on project requirements.
Ensure performance, security, and mobile responsiveness of all websites.
Debug and troubleshoot website issues.
Implement basic SEO best practices in development.
Optimize website speed using caching, compression, and performance tools.
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience with WooCommerce, Shopify, or other CMS/eCommerce platforms.
Basic knowledge of Figma or Adobe Photoshop.
Familiarity with the WordPress REST API is a plus
Stay updated with the latest WordPress tools and trends.
