Job Role: Telecalling for product promotion & sales
Location: Work from Home
Timings: Flexible (Part-time/Full-time options available)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Female Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and promote our products/services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and the ability to handle multiple calls efficiently. This is a work-from-home opportunity, requiring a reliable internet connection and a professional work setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound & Inbound Calling:

    • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
    • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
    • Follow up on leads and maintain customer engagement.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
    • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently.
    • Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and offers.

  • Sales & Lead Generation (if applicable):

    • Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating product benefits.
    • Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.

  • Data Entry & Reporting:

    • Maintain call records and update customer information in the database.
    • Report daily/weekly call outcomes and feedback to the team.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience: Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication in [English/Hindi/Local Language].
    • Confident and polite telephone etiquette.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Basic knowledge of CRM software, WhatsApp Business, and MS Office.
    • Familiarity with online calling tools (e.g., Zoom, Skype, Google Meet) is a plus.
  • Work Requirements:
    • Reliable internet connection and a noise-free work environment.
    • Laptop/desktop and a good-quality headset for professional communication.
