Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry and Maintenance

Regularly update and maintain existing records to ensure accuracy.

Verify data for completeness and correct minor errors or flag discrepancies.
2. Online Research and Data Collection

Perform basic internet searches to gather required data for specific projects.

Collect business, product, or client information from websites or public directories.

Compile and organize data in Excel or similar tools, following given instructions.
3. Document and File Management

Organize and manage digital documents in folders or cloud storage systems (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).

Ensure that files are labeled correctly and follow the naming convention provided.

Upload, download, or transfer files as needed by the team or client.
4. Data Cleaning and Sorting

Remove duplicate entries, fix formatting errors, and ensure consistent spelling or numbering.

Sort and filter data based on dates, names, codes, or other fields for reporting or analysis.

Tag or categorize data where required for easier retrieval.
5. Reporting and Communication

Submit completed work within deadlines, along with status updates.

Report any challenges or unclear instructions to the supervisor or team lead.

Maintain communication via email, WhatsApp, Zoom, or project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana).
