Job Description
We are Stradians from Strada (Formed through spin off from Alight Solutions- Payroll and Professional Services Business, a legacy of NGA HR Pvt. Ltd.), reaching out to seek out skilled professionals from MBA(HR) backgrounds who have graduated in 2024. We are looking to onboard these candidates immediately, starting from the first week of December 2024, at our locations in Chennai, Mumbai, or Kolkata. Following the interview and necessary background checks, they will be ready to start.

- A Master's degree in MBA(HR) is required, with a minimum 70% cumulative grade point average (CGPA) from 10th to Post Graduation (or the average of each year's grades).

- Traveling, up to 30%, for project milestones
