Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Excellent communication skill
- To be able to work along with the sector and service line
- Understand the supply and demand dynamics of the workforce management
- Predictive modelling of the data for bench
- Well conversant with some of the IBM tools like RAH, PIR, G42 etc
