To support the Workforce team to successfully implement the clients workforce plan in line with the team agenda.
What will you be doing?
Be the central point of contact for managing resource requests for Joiners/Movers/Leavers processes across the client area.
Manage all Joiners/Movers/Leavers data points for the client area.
Ensure Workforce data is accurately reflected in agreed authoritative sources and ensure accurate reporting, planning and cost recovery.
Work with COO Finance Partners and other Workforce colleagues to ensure consistent reporting across all relevant systems for all staff (permanents, temporary, managed services and consulting resources) across the client area.
Manage and maintain the client area organisation charts and associated data.
Collate relevant information to create and maintain workforce plan, this will include understanding the clients objectives.
Manage and maintain Workforce action logs for the client area to ensure continued focus on required actions and follow up on progress where needed.
Understand the appropriate HR and Risk Policies & Standards applicable to Workforce activities
Collect appropriate details relating to resource requests to determine if policies are adhered to, identifying deviations from policy and review mitigation. Track against forecasts ensuring anomalies are appropriately highlighted with business justification.
What Were Looking For
Ability to flawlessly execute at speed
Ability to demonstrate good organisational skills with great attention to detail
A good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages, with excellent MS Excel & good PowerPoint skills
Good awareness of workforce planning and resource management
Good working knowledge of SAP and other WFP tools
Capable of working autonomously to deliver high quality, complete deliverables
Good level of numeracy, literacy, analytical and systematic problem solving skills
Skills That Will Help You In The Role
Good knowledge of Workforce systems and processes, with knowledge of interfaces into HR and Finance
Demonstrates a positive can do attitude
Familiar with written reporting and presentations for a wide audience
Understanding of the Barclays values
Understanding of the recruitment processes for Permanent, Contractor and Managed Services.
Sound commercial judgment, overall understanding of the Financial Services Industry.
