Project Officer – Communities (Mandla / Dindori)
1. Name of the Post: Project Officer
2. Roles and Responsibilities: WWF India is one of the largest conservation organizations, engaged in wildlife and nature conservation in the country. We are looking for a committed and self-motivated individual as a Project Officer to be a part of the Wildlife and Habitats division.
3. The role of the Project Officer is to ensure the implementation of project activities mainly those related to engagement with local communities in collaboration with government & non-government partners in critical conservation sites of WWF India.
4. Qualifications, Experience and competencies required: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Agriculture/ Rural Development or marketing-related subject from a reputed University in India. Minimum 2 years of experience in rural development/ community mobilization. Candidates with work experience on marketing of NTFP, agriculture/ horticulture and other products made by rural communities/community enterprises will be given preference
5. Education- UG:B.Sc in Agriculture, Environmental Science
PG:MS/M.Sc(Science) in Agriculture, Environmental science
