Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting Yoga Sessions:

Plan and lead group or one-on-one yoga sessions (in-person or virtual) tailored to students' needs and experience levels.

Instruct students in various forms of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Power Yoga, Restorative, or Meditation (as per expertise).

Demonstrate correct posture and alignment, assist with modifications, and ensure the safety of all participants.
2. Program Planning and Delivery:

Design personalized yoga routines for students with specific goals (weight loss, flexibility, stress relief, prenatal, etc.).

Use props and breathing techniques (pranayama) to enhance session effectiveness.

Integrate mindfulness, meditation, or yogic philosophy where appropriate.
3. Student Engagement and Progress Monitoring:

Monitor participants’ performance and adjust teaching methods as needed.

Offer feedback, encouragement, and support to promote growth and motivation.

Track attendance and student progress, and maintain basic records if required.
4. Class Management and Safety:

Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and discipline of the yoga space.

Enforce studio or company policies regarding attendance, attire, and behavior.

Respond calmly to any medical issues or injuries, following proper protocols.
5. Lifestyle and Wellness Guidance:

Educate students on the benefits of yoga, meditation, and holistic health practices.

Recommend healthy lifestyle choices and stress-management techniques when appropriate.

Encourage consistent practice and self-care outside of class.
