Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur Recruitment of Young Faculty Associates Rolling Advertisement purely on contract/temporary basis.
Department :Bioscience and Bioengineering ,Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering ,Electrical Engineering, Humanities and Social Sciences ,Metallurgical & Materials Engineering ,Mathematics Mechanical Engineering ,Physics
Terms of Appointment of Young Faculty Associates: 1. The positions of Faculty Associate may be offered to graduating Ph.D Student from leading Academic Institutes/Universities including CFTIs in India and leading International Institutes/University for short durations ranging from one semester to maximum up to 2 years.
2. The graduating Ph.D Student who have submitted his/her Thesis; satisfying the minimum criteria for shortlisting as Assistant Professor Position in the Institute and having at least 2 Paper Publication in reputed Journal would be eligible for the appointment.
3. The Faculty Associate will be paid fixed consolidated salary of Rs.75,000.
4. The Faculty Associate shall not be eligible for vacation leave. They can avail 8 days of casual leave and 30 days of annual leave (at 2½ days per month).
5. The Faculty Associate shall NOT be eligible for telephone reimbursement, medical reimbursement, CPDA, TRA and other financial benefits available to regular faculty members.
6. Accommodations, subject to availability, can be provided to Faculty Associate on payment of rent, license fees, electricity and water charges.
