Young Professional-I / Project Assistant / Research Associate/ SRF
Young Professional-I /1 Post
Qualification: Graduates in Agricultural/ Horticultural Sciences or Graduate in Science or Diploma holder in engineering/Technology. a) Experience in working with different modern instruments for soil and plant analysis. b) Experience in organic crop management.
Pay Scale : Rs.15000
Age Limit: The minimum age will be 21 years and maximum 45 years with relaxation as per rules.
Project Assistant /1 Post
Qualification: Intermediate with Biology
The upper age limit : 35 years
Pay Scale: Rs. 12,000/- consolidated per month.
Research Associate /01
The upper age limit is 40 years for men and 45 years for women with relaxation as per rules on the date of interview.
Pay Scale: Rs. 49,000/- per month + HRA (for Master Degree holders) & Rs. 54,000/- per month+HRA (for Ph.D.)
Qualification: Ph.D. in Business Management/ Life Sciences/ Agril. Economics/ Information Technology OR Master’s degree in Business Management/ Life Sciences/ Agril. Economics/ Information Technology with 4 years/ 5 years of Bachelor degree having 1st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall Grade Point Average. 2. At least three years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associate ship/ Training/ other engagement as circulated vide F. No. 2-9/2012- HRD dated 25.04.2014 and one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI)/NAAS rated (≥4.0), journal as per OM SR/S9/Z09/2018 of DST dated 30.01.2019 Work experience in patent drafting, filing, analysis and prosecution & License agreement drafting
Young Professional- II /01
The minimum age will be 21 years and maximum 45 years with relaxation as per rules.
Pay Scale: Rs. 25,000/- consolidated per month.
Qualification: Post graduate in Biotechnology/ Botany/ Biochemistry/ Molecular Biology/ Life Science with a minimum of one year experience (excluding dissertation period) in Plant tissue culture/transgenic development OR Ph.D. in any of the above subjects in the area of plant tissue culture/ transgenic development/ Biochemistry/ Molecular Biology.
Senior Research Fellow/ 01
The upper age limit is 35 years for men and 40 years for women on the date of interview.
Pay Scale:Rs. 31,000/- (+ HRA as per local approval) for 1st and 2nd year and 35,000/- (+ HRA as per local approval) for 3rd year
Qualification: Master’s degree in Plant Breeding / Plant Pathology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry /Life Sciences (for candidates with 4 years/5 years of Bachelor’s degree) OR Master’s degree in Plant Breeding / Plant Pathology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Life Science with NET qualification (for candidates with 3 years Bachelor’s degree) Knowledge and work experience of plant breeding/ molecular breeding/biochemical analysis in agricultural crops, preferably maize.
