 Computer Science job opportunities in National Bureau of Fish Genetic Resources (NBFGR) on contract basis

Project entitled :'Establishing National Germplasm Repository and Museum at ICAR-NBFGR as an integrated Resource for AqGR research and societal Awareness, Component III: Information on Aquatic Genetic Information System on India purely on contractual basis. 

Essential Qualification: 1. First class Post Graduate degree in Computer Science/ Master in Computer Application/ Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from prestigious national/ international institute.

Experience in developing database backed online application under Linux operating platform using HTML, XML, PHP, Java/Java Script and AJAX is essential. 

Desirable Qualification & Experience: M.Tech/Ph.D. in Computer Science/Computer Engineering.

Pay Scale: Rs. 25,000/- fixed

Age: Minimum 21 years Maximum 40 years (Relaxation as per rule) as on 23.07.2019

The National Bureau of Fish Genetic Resources (NBFGR) was established in December 1983 in a rented premises at Allahabad under the aegis of Indian Council of Agricultural Research to undertake research related to the conservation of fish germplasm resources of the country. The Bureau’s permanent infrastructure was developed at Canal Ring Road, Telibagh, Lucknow, U.P in 1999 comprising an administrative block, laboratories, farm and residential complex covering an area of 52  acres. The Institute's vision is assessment and conservation of fish genetic resources for intellectual property protection, sustainable utilization and posterity.
