Job Description

Name of Projects: DBT funded project entitled “Mainstreaming rice landraces diversity in varietal development through genomic predictions: A model for large-scale utilization of gene bank collections of rice”

Young Professionals (YP) (Six for ICARIARI and One for DBT) Seven (Rs. 25000/- consolidated/ month)

Qualification: Post graduate degree in basic science (Life Sciences or graduate/ post graduate degree in professional courses (Life Sciences including Agricultural Sciences)

Desirable: Experience in molecular markers, field phenotyping and handling rice crop.

Age limit: Maximum age 35 years for JRF, YP, Scientific Administrative Assistant and Field Workers (age relaxation of five years for SC/ST & women and three years for OBC).
