Job Description
1. Show a high sense of ownership and responsibility towards any task at hand
2. Grow a YouTube channel and give the best outcome by various standard methods and our own experiments of trial and error to see what's best for your audience
3. Research in the industry and implement best practices whenever necessary
4. Work on the given task with promptness and attention to detail while acting as the sole point of contact of anything relevant to the channel
5. Analyze the performance of each teacher and take responsibility for quality & their performance
6. Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the respective channel

2. Should understand the ed-tech industry and adapt to any changes that might come unannounced since YouTube audience change based on current trends
3. Should have a high aspiration to grow a YouTube channel
4. Should be a team player in conveying all things in detail
5. Can come up with creative ideas for better performance
6. Should have a problem-solving mindset, and known-how to figure out a way in any given situation
7. Must be good at market study & competitor analysis
8. Prompt & proactive decision-making skills
9. Risk-taker
10. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Slides, and MS Office
11. B.Tech CS/IT degree
