Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities :
As soon as any project is assigned to one needs to schedule the internal meeting with the RM and salesperson/consultant to discuss and understand the scope.- One needs to check whether the work mentioned in the scope are feasible to develop or not.- One will be responsible to give the Timeline of each task along with the deadline of the project/task.- Responsible for delivering the project on a given timeline.- Keep track of the assigned task and follow up on the ticket.- API creation and deployment- Ensure customer satisfaction- Need to initiate the weekly call with the customer to share the updates.- Sharing the update with the reporting manager on a daily basis.- Need to coordinate with the client, vendors, different teams.- Leading client meetings (online & offline)- Must be open to travel. Required Skills:-
Additional knowledge on HRM (Zoho People, Recruit), ticket/issue management system (Zoho Desk)- English Communication (Fluent in English, Soft-spoken, Good writing skills)- English Communication (Fluent in English, Soft-spoken, Good writing skills)- Knowledge of any CRM system would be better- Good interpersonal skills- Good in customer service and handling- Good telephone, video conferencing manners- Positive attitude- Team player- Good interpersonal skills- Good Aptitude- Flexible working hours (Timing would be the standard one, but we may change its basis on the projects) Education and Experience:- Graduation in any IT bachelor degree (B.tech IT, BSC IT, BCA, etc)- Overall 1-3 years of experience- Minimum 1 years of relevant hand-one practice and experience in setting up Zoho CRM and Account management system (Zoho Books, inventory & Expense)- Additional knowledge on HRM (Zoho People, Recruit), ticket/issue management system (Zoho Desk)
