Description

Design, Develop & Deploy applications in Zoho PaS model i.e. Zoho Creator platform.
Able to pick and work on change requests, perform customizations and administrate platforms efficiently.
Understand the business process flow and requirements of the team members to implement and customize various elements and objects in Zoho creator.
Develop custom Zoho workflows in Zoho applications such as Zoho Books, Zoho CRM etc.,
Create required training manuals or SOP' for users.
Assist end users in day to day questions or technical concerns.
Work with the Zoho support team to resolve any reported issues.
Track issues and provide periodic updates to Top management.
Create custom tools and scripts to automate the manual business processes.
Effectively utilize Zoo modules features to automate various business processes.
