CPCL recruitment process for engineering candidates starts with shortlisting candidates based on their CGPA. Those who are below 6.0 or 60% (50% or 5.0 for SC/ST) would not be selected. The candidates should be from an institute that is accredited by AICTE. The engineering freshers are chosen for the position of engineer.
