3D Artist and Graphic Designer
Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Create high-quality 3D models according to project specifications. This includes characters, environments, and props, in styles ranging from photorealistic to stylized.
2. Develop detailed textures and materials for 3D models, ensuring they meet the artistic and technical requirements of the project.
3. Set up and adjust lighting to enhance the appearance of models and scenes. Render scenes/models with attention to detail, considering elements like shadows and reflections.
4. Work closely with other team members, including animators, designers, and directors, to ensure the seamless integration of 3D elements into the final project.
5. Optimize models for various platforms, ensuring they meet performance standards without compromising visual quality.
6. Ensure all 3D models meet quality standards and project specifications. Be able to make revisions based on feedback from team leads or clients.
7. Present design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the final designs.
8. Work closely with developers and other team members to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.
9. Maintain a high level of quality and consistency across all design projects.
10. Contribute to the development and evolution of the overall design aesthetic for the company.

Other requirements
1. Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of 3D modeling skills.
2. Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, 3DS Max).
3. Knowledge of texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.
4. Basic understanding of animation and rigging.
5. Strong artistic skills, including a good understanding of form, shape, structure, and silhouette.
6. Ability to work within specific styles, including photorealistic and stylized.
7. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
8. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Perks
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per sale).
