Qualification:

  • B.E/ B.Tech - (Any Specialization) candidates from 2010 batch with an aggregate of 60% & above in 10th, 12th & UG.

Job Description :

  • Provide helpdesk support over phone and internet to Tata Technologies Europe and North America customers.
  • Presales support to generate new business.

Requirements :

  • Proficient in CATIA V5 administration and CATIA V5 application support (at least HD2 level).
  • Good spoken and written English skills is must.
  • Willing to work in Europe (12:30/13:30 Hrs 21:30/22:30 Hrs) and North America (18:30/19:30 Hrs 3:30/4:30 Hrs) shifts.
  • Skills in handling and resolving critical issues would be added advantage.

N.B : Candidates having experience in above mentioned skills can only apply.
