Job Role: Academic and Career Counsellor

Job roles and responsibilities1. Acquire and launch business operations in new markets and achieve sales targets
2. Develop strategy & plan launches across many locations
3. Build the supply across locations to keep up with demand
4. Build & scale the brand with local marketing strategies
5. Resolve customer queries brought to your attention
6. Oversee the counselor's voice process and tele-counseling sales process
7. Identify and brief student needs to achieve satisfaction with our program
8. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
9. Handle students and parents on call, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, and generate lead
10. Review prospective student applications for college admission
11. Research and verify the accuracy of application information
12. Follow-up with students to verify any application issues, including discrepancies or missing information
