Job Description:
- Generating revenue for the team through educational consulting and by closing sales deals face to face.
- The candidates will get a chance to rub shoulders with alumni of IIT’s,IIMs, NITs and various other prestigious institutions of India.
- Performing candidates may be given opportunities to train and/or lead a team and/or manage important business accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions.
- Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including followup sessions.
- Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales through face to face home demos.
- Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods.
- Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Toppr Subscription as solution.
- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue.
- Learn/ Upgrade one’s own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)
Requirements:
- MBA or Graduate Freshers.
- Good to have 1 to 4 years B2C sales experience.
- Excellent Selling/Negotiation Skills.
- Willing to travel within the city limits for home demos.
- Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage.
