3. Understand the TG, their language and the way they love to read the content
4. Work at a startup pace and under tight timelines
5. Ability to understand the vision and adapt accordingly
6. Responsible and can adapt to the environment
7. Can work from home at the same pace as office
8. Can preset a single line in 1000 words
