Reports to Curriculum Development Manager
Role Summary
* Assist curriculum leads in designing and structuring weekly and monthly curriculum frameworks across age bands (0–2, 2–4, 4–6 years)
* Design and deliver periodic training sessions for the Counselling and Parent Support team to ensure strong curriculum understanding and accurate parent communication
* Conduct desk research to support curriculum design
* Maintain records of all curriculum drafts, validated scripts, research inputs, and SME notes
* Master’s in Early Childhood Education / Psychology / Child Development / Curriculum Studies
* Exposure to Reggio Emilia, Montessori, or Waldorf methods
