We provide multifood offerings through a website and application called 'StudyCloud' which provides online education through a website and app to the students of the school to learn anytime and anywhere.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Get to know each of our customers (parents/students) on a personal level by identifying their needs
2. Take counseling session to help collect all the necessary information from the customer for a successful demo class including making a conclusive report by identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the student by evaluating in various ways as per your expertise
3. Understand the customer profile & problems to explain the implication of ineffective learning methods, in turn, create the need for smart learning and advise students/parents to buy STUDYCLOUD subscription as a solution
4. Use engaging methods and design effective lesson progression which shows how the students will build effective conceptual understanding, application & problem-solving capabilities
5. Advise student/parents for their learning needs through structured counseling sessions
6. Fulfill appointments and conduct home counseling sessions on a daily basis including follow up sessions
7. Handle objections and price negotiations to generate sales revenue
8. Learn/Upgrade one's own product knowledge and sales skills to achieve and exceed growing sales target(s)
