Job Description

Enrolling students for courses offered by company.
Handling Inbound and Out bound calls , follow up on Enquiry and database
Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her requirement
Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure, course details
Ensure proper servicing is done for the students enrolled
Keep updated about latest trends in School courses, CAT, GRE, GMAT, IIT/JEE, Bank PO, CRT etc.
Experience: 0- 6 yrs
Education: Graduate mandatory
Excellent communication.
Work Criteria for Counsellors Willing to work in shifts, 9.30 am to 6 pm and 11.30 am to 8 pm(Rotational).
Saturday and Sunday working mandatory.
Weekly one off will be provided during week days.
