Job description We are India’s first and only accredited online school serving students from Kindergarten to Grade 8.
Just the way you attended a traditional school, lots of learners in India attend an online school (which is different from any online tuition and we will let you know later, how!). Our students love us and our parents know that we are the future of school education. There’s so much more about us that we would love to tell you about ourselves, however let us talk about you now!
If you have 2+ years of total academic counseling experience in a traditional KG-12 school (we don’t count experience at any tuition, coaching etc. as valid experience), you may be the one who we are looking for… Simple as that!

Plus, you must be ‘very’ good (if not great) at:

1. Engaging students inside the classrooms
2. Preparation of activities, lesson plans etc.
3. Talking to parents and understanding/solving their issues
4. Anything and everything related to students’ learning and academic growth
It is an absolute must that you are:
1. An avid listener, an influential speaker, a smart problem-solver and a motivating leader
2. Your command over written/spoken English is at least 8/10
3. You are ready to learn & upgrade yourself
4. Your decision-making is simple and result-oriented
5. Ready to work extra hours if and when that is needed
