Job Description
- Explain the admission procedures
- Inform the overview of the courses and facilities
- Passionate to talk and counsel
- Converse with patience to the aspirants or students/parents
- Serve as a general resource for students and parents regarding admission criteria and college data
- Achieving Targets provided by management
- Maintaining high rate of conversions
- Sending reports to management on daily basis
- Work effectively one-on-one with students and be able to address small or large gatherings of people to discuss the college admission and research process
- Handling admin related activities.
- Maintaining stationary
- Inventory management - laptops, desktops, mouse, charger, datacards, etc.
- Attendance management - sharing biometric attendance with HR.
- MIS to track placement of students.
- Coordination with students for courses, handling calls for courses, counsel students, handle queries of students.
- Keeping a track of students results and trainers feedback of each student.
- Coordination with students for their resumes.
- Coordination with HR department for placing students.
- Coordination with trainers for corporate trainings.
- Provide joining documents to new joinees.
- Courier management.
