- Candidates should have Strong Sales Ability to convert enquiry in to Admission.
- Briefing the details to Candidates / Parents about all the courses conducted at Champions.
- Make outgoing calls or cold calls in order to inform products and services
- Answers queries and provide details about various offerings
- Upsell/upgrade to various programs and services
- Accurately and efficiently maintain customer information into company databases for mailing and billing purposes
- Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with them.
- Maintaining MIS regarding the candidates who had taken admission or done inquiry.
- Should be active, capable to take initiative.
