Job Description

Academic Counsellor
Location: Andheri East near Marol Metro Station
The broad responsibilities of which would include:

Counseling Students and parents about our course.
Champion entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation, Support.
Satisfaction, Retention and Productive Output.
Interaction with students and parents on routine basis.
Clarifying of doubts of students and parents.
Managing fee structure & fee software of different programs.
Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes.
Co-ordinate with other centers in the region.
Liaison with Head Office for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes and other offers Handling assigned administrative responsibilities

Qualification & Skill Requirements:

Graduate with good communication skills (Fluency in English & Hindi).
Having experience preferably as a Counselor.
Good working knowledge in MS Word & Internet.
