Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic Advising:

Provide one-on-one academic counseling to students regarding their course selection, academic goals, and overall educational plans.

Assist students in understanding academic policies, graduation requirements, and program prerequisites.

Help students evaluate their academic performance and provide advice on improving study habits and time management.
2. Career Guidance:

Advise students on career exploration, internships, and job opportunities relevant to their field of study.

Help students align their academic pursuits with their long-term career goals.

Guide students in building resumes, preparing for interviews, and connecting with alumni or industry professionals for networking and mentorship.
3. Monitoring Academic Progress:

Track students’ academic performance and progress toward completing their degree requirements.

Provide intervention strategies for students struggling academically, offering support or connecting them with tutoring or other resources.

Conduct regular follow-ups with students to ensure they are on track to meet their academic goals.
4. Student Support and Counseling:

Offer emotional support to students dealing with stress, anxiety, or other academic-related challenges.

Refer students to additional support services such as mental health counseling, tutoring, or disability services.

Provide advice on managing academic workload, balancing extracurricular activities, and achieving a healthy school-life balance.
5. Workshops and Seminars:

Organize and conduct workshops or group sessions on academic skills, career planning, stress management, and personal development.

Facilitate orientation programs for new students to help them adjust to the academic environment.

Provide information and resources related to academic policies, study skills, and time management.
6. Communication and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of student interactions, academic progress, and any interventions.

7. Collaboration with Faculty and Administration:
