Key Responsibilities
1. Student Counselling & Guidance

Guide students in selecting the right academic courses and career paths based on their interests and strengths.

Support students in making informed choices about higher education and skill development.
2. Admission Support & Onboarding

Explain details of courses, curriculum, and admission procedures clearly to students and parents.

Assist students in filling out application forms and completing documentation.

Follow up with potential leads and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.

Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
3. Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.

Act as a primary point of contact for academic-related queries and concerns.

Provide regular updates to parents about student performance and progress.

Handle student grievances with professionalism and empathy.
4. Academic Planning & Career Counselling
-
Conduct aptitude assessments and career guidance sessions for students.

Advise students on emerging career opportunities in different fields.

Stay updated with new educational trends, university rankings, and scholarships.

Guide students in preparing for competitive exams, internships, and higher education.
5. Coordination & Administration

Maintain and update student records, counselling reports, and progress charts.

Organize seminars, workshops, and orientation sessions for students.

Collaborate with trainers, faculty members, and educational partners to provide students with the best learning experience.

Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on student enrolments, counselling sessions, and feedback analysis.
