Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Counsel students and working professionals on courses and career opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable training programs.
• Explain course features, curriculum, fees, and career benefits.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Academic teams for smooth onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing learners.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, or Tele Sales.
• EdTech experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good negotiation and closing skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
