This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor located in Kochi, Pala, Kottayam, Chengannur and Thiruvalla. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students on academic matters, assisting with course selection and developing personalized education plans. The role involves counseling students on academic and career goals, supporting their academic progress, and helping them navigate academic policies and procedures.

Qualifications

1-3 years Experience in Student Counseling, Academic Advising and Education
Strong knowledge in Career Counseling and related methodologies
Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with students and faculty
Ability to provide empathetic and personalized support to students
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
Experience in an academic or career advisory role is preferred
Proficiency in guiding diverse groups of students and addressing specific educational needs
