Job Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses programs and career options
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Convert leads into admissions
Follow up with prospective students regularly
Explain course details fees and benefits clearly
Maintain student data and update CRM
Achieve monthly admission targets
Provide accurate information and resolve queries
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Target oriented and result driven
Basic computer knowledge including CRM and MS Excel
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any field
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Experience in ed-tech counseling or sales is preferred
