Job Description

Admission Counselor – Master Union

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Admission Counselor to engage with working professionals interested in advancing their careers through our specialized Capital Markets program. This is a B2C inside sales role focused on guiding prospective learners through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with working professionals to understand their career goals and learning needs.
Conduct online and offline program presentations and counseling sessions.
Provide detailed information about program structure, outcomes, and career pathways.
Follow up with prospects and support them through the enrollment process.
Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions using CRM tools.
Consistently work towards achieving weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements

1–4 years of experience in inside sales or admission counseling (B2C preferred).
Proven track record of achieving sales or enrollment targets.
Strong communication skills in English and local language(s).
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Willingness to work six days a week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
