Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls (hot & cold) to potential customers from the provided database.
- Generate qualified leads and pass them to the sales team for further follow-up.
- Clearly explain company products/services and handle basic customer queries.
- Maintain a record of calls, leads, and customer responses in the system/Excel.
- Ensure daily/weekly calling targets are achieved.
- Follow proper phone etiquette and maintain professionalism during calls.
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling / lead generation (freshers can also apply).
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English (Marathi preferred).
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
