We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Academic Counselors to join our team. As an Academic Counselor, you will play a key role in guiding students in their educational journey, helping them make informed decisions, and ensuring they enroll in programs that align with their career aspirations.
Key Responsibilities-
Counsel students and parents about academic programs, career paths, and course selections.

Generate and convert leads through calls, counseling sessions, and follow-ups.

Maintain a database of prospective students and track communication effectively.

Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.

Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for lead conversion and enrollments.

Stay updated with industry trends and educational opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in any field (Master’s degree preferred).

2–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or EdTech industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
