  • Provide guidance on stream selection, entrance exam preparation (NEET/JEE), and career opportunities

  • Handle walk-in enquiries, calls, and follow-ups to convert leads into admissions

  • Explain fees, course structure, schedules, and institute policies clearly

  • Maintain counselling records, admission data, and follow-up reports

  • Coordinate closely with faculty, admin, and management for smooth batch operations
