Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and persuasive Academic Telecaller to connect with prospective students, explain course highlights, generate interest, and transfer qualified leads to the Senior Counsellor team for final admission closure. 
Responsibilities
  • Explain institute courses, key benefits, and career opportunities clearly.
  • Identify interested candidates and warm transfer them to Senior Counsellors
  • Maintain call logs, lead records, and follow-up details
  • Handle basic inquiries and guide students professionally
  • Meet daily/weekly calling and lead-transfer targets
