Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students over phone, email, and in-person interactions. Understand student backgrounds, career goals, and academic needs to provide personalized guidance.
Maintain follow-up with leads through CRM tools and convert inquiries into enrolments.
Ensure consistent follow-up with potential applicants & maintain accurate and updated records of counselling sessions and conversions.
Build a strong understanding of our programs, eligibility criteria, and admission processes.

Must Have :

0 to 2 year of relevant work experience in academic counselling, EdTech, university admissions like On line - Jain University & On line Manipal University.
Bachelors degree in any stream Excellent communication in English and Hindi is must.
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups through CRM or lead management tools.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
