About the Role : Academic Counselor is the face of Vedantu for all our students & parents and will help them understand how to leverage Vedantu Platform for their learning. WORK FROM OFFICE!!!BANGALORE LOCATION.

Will have to do consultative outbound calls & follow up calls on a daily basis with prospective students & their parents.

Roles & Responsibilities
Will have to do consultative outbound calls & follow up calls on a daily basis with prospective students & their parents.
Fix appointments and conduct demo sessions on a daily basis with prospective students & their parents.
Understand Customer profiles & learning problems to explain implications of ineffective learning methods and create a need for Vedantu course offerings through a structured Counseling Session with the student and the parents.
Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue.
Learn/ Upgrade one’s own Product Knowledge, Sales Skills, and market understanding to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s). Additional Benefits
In Addition to salary, there would be monthly Incentives based on your Performance.
In order to ensure that your device is in working condition, an allowance of Rs.800/- will be provided over and above the CTC
Qualification
-Must have completed the full time graduation
Experience - 0 to 10 Yrs
Shall be proficient in a minimum 2 languages
**NOTE - WORK FROM OFFICE BANGALORE LOCATION
Please make sure that your CV is updated in terms of following mandatory details:
Percentile/CGPA of 10th, 12th and Graduation. (Ex:7/10 CGPA || 66%)
Specify the year of Graduation/Post-graduation in YYYY format
