Job Title: Academic Counsellor
Job Location: Coimbatore, Tamilnadu
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential leads from the provided database or through follow-ups.
• Explain course details, pricing, benefits, and learning outcomes to prospective students.
• Counsel students and parents over the phone and help them make informed decisions.
• Convert leads into successful enrolments by following a structured sales process.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information in CRM tools.
• Follow up with leads through WhatsApp, email, or other platforms as required.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Work closely with the sales and academic teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Handle queries courteously and professionally.
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Confident, energetic, and self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Graduation preferred
