- Designation: Academic Counselor
- Experience: 0 - 4 yrs.
- Location: Bangalore (Jayanagar 5th block)
- Working hours: 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
Roles and Responsibilities: -
- Calling prospect candidates and make them aware of the program details.
- To follow-up with the candidates and convince them for seeking admission to the respective courses offered by the institution.
- Council the prospect candidates and explain them the career synergy related to their prior educational qualification.
- Explain the admission process to the prospective candidates and their family member/ loan guarantors related to loan documents.
Skills/Requirements: -
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and listening skills with presentable voice.
- 2-year experience in Academic Counselor/KPO/BPO (Voice) towards sales.
- Minimum 1-year experience in educational institute/ coaching classes/ online educational institute.
- Languages Known - English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil.
- Salary per month INR 20,000 in hand plus Incentive of 60,000 per month.
