• Stay updated on EduProv's online education and distance learning programs, course offerings, and admission requirements.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of various academic disciplines to effectively guide students in their program choices.

• Collaborate with the admissions team to assist prospective students in understanding program details, admission procedures, and prerequisites.
• Aid in the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition for students into their chosen programs.

• Track and monitor the academic progress of students, identifying potential challenges and providing proactive solutions.
• Work closely with faculty members and other support staff to address student needs and concerns.

• Direct students to relevant educational resources, study materials, and support services available through EduProv.

• Collect feedback from students regarding their academic experiences and share insights with the management team for continuous improvement.
• Propose and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of academic counseling services.

Requirements:

• 12th pass or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proven experience in academic counseling, preferably in the online education or distance education sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms and technologies.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic educational environment.
• Empathy and understanding towards the unique challenges faced by online and distance learners.
